Azdunfighter

Since I can draw aircraft now (yay!) I wanted to get some companies that are willing to design a fighter called the Azdunfighter for export purposes and combat usage. I know there are companies interested.

The Azdunfighter project is already being worked on. I've been working on it for about a month now. I've finalized the stats and I've begun work on the write up.

So far here is what I can tell you (not posting all the stuff):

-Multi-Role Fighter
-Twin Engine
-Stealth Capable
-Single-Seater
-Three planned variants

This fighter would be available to all of the region, yes?

No Dino. If just you make it, it can't be called an Azdunfighter. I'll be releasing mine with picture. it has to be the Eurofighter. I suggest me you and Ralud do it.

We are NOT basing this off the Eurofighter, that much I can tell you.

And if others can contribute then let them.

Like I said I've finished a statblock, we can use that to provide the basis for the design.

Picture and avionics shall be handled by Tarsas.

Can I throw a little suggestion out?
Why don't you guys get together a group, committee if you will, this group should be compromised of people who are good at designing planes or a specific part of the fighter( Armament, Electronics, Armor etc) Then, sit down together and the committee can build the fighter

Well you see we really don't have that many skilled designers in Azdun. I guess we could get help from Yanitaria but then it wouldn't really be an Azdun Fighter.

I think the most qualified members are Me, Raludcia, Tarsas, and well you.

Exactly. Take the four of us and lets take your statblock and use that as a square 1. We can go from there

Hmm, looking good. I'll give more of an opinion when I see the write up

I have a smaller Aircraft i considered for a time, but i decided to use that as a Carrier based fighter of mine.

I'll give that a checkover. Dino, I propose companies that are working together come together to form the AeroGroup, a group just for making the Azdunfighter.

I've got an advanced avionics package ready for this thing.

They should all check out. I refrenced several online and book sources to be sure that I could do all this.

Also I hope that it isn't just the Na-7 stuff.

We will be incorporating some of my avionics as well as others.

I'm willing to supply the HUD systems as well as a Radar system if need be.

It looks good to me.
But, one thing I didn't see was the thrust weight ratio. Did you put that down or did I just miss it?

Shouldn't it be a tad higher? If I remember some advice from the Draftroom, it was that the sweet spot it 1.2

True but most realistic Aircraft hardly advance past 1.1, so this Aircraft is pretty good.

Dino, its the avionics package from the Na-6\. That is literally all you need. The radar has so much power its unreal.

To do that I would have to increase the Engine Thrust quite a bit, in turn we would lose range and the Fighter would become unable to be operated via Carrier.

I agree with Dino, everyone should contribute something so it really is an Azdun Fighter.
